Research Assay Kits
Ibis Biosciences provides non-diagnostic assay kits for broad-range identification as well as panels for strain genotyping and characterization.
Ibis Biosciences supplies plates, buffers, and related consumables required for PCR and all reagents necessary for desalting.
Following sample preparation and nucleic acid extraction, nucleic acids are dispensed either manually or robotically into an Ibis assay plate to perform PCR. Users then load the plates on the Ibis T5000™ Biosensor System. Up to 15 plates can be run on the Ibis T5000 Biosensor System in an automated fashion.
