The information systems provided with the Ibis T5000™ Biosensor System include instrument control, tracking, mass spectral signal processing, and analysis to support the workflow from original sample to identification of organisms. Coupled with the Ibis T5000 Biosensor System, the information system fully automates the steps of PCR cleanup, data acquisition, spectral processing, amplicon identification, and organism identification.
