Instrument Control and Robotics
The Instrument Control and Robotics system integrates instrument and robotics systems, including the Bruker Daltonics microTOF system, and it is a real-time application that orchestrates the operation of components that comprise the Ibis T5000™ Biosensor System. Events are scheduled in parallel to maximize the throughput of the instrument system. During the process, the Instrument Control and Robotics system interacts with Sample Tracking to verify and register plate barcodes ensuring accurate tracking of the physical transfer of samples during a run.
